What to Expect From Your Sessions

Lisa has 15 years personal training experience. She is a black belt kickboxing trainer, and has won both the British and World ICO kickboxing championships in 2019.

A typical session with Lisa Kent may include:

  • Footwork, balance and mobility work

All equipment—pads, gloves, wraps—can be provided.

Sessions can take place:

  • In a private training space
