I just wanted to drop you a BIG THANK YOU. I’m getting so many compliments having lost a stone and a half. It’s great to have my energy back and a waistline. After thinking about exercising and losing weight for about 2 years, I was really surprised, when I noticed my fitness levels rise after only the first two sessions!

You know just how to set the right work, keep me going and smiling. Its great being able to fit into lovely clothes again, and the new energy levels have really got me back on track. I had all the excuses, for far too long. No time, couldn’t afford it etc. But all I can say now is it was definitely worth the investment! I wish I’d done it sooner and will definitely recommend you to anyone wanting to lose a few inches, and feel fitter.

PS I did a 15 mile hike yesterday and really enjoyed it !! Haven’t walked that far for years
