What areas of London do you cover?

I provide mobile personal training in Hampstead (NW3), Highgate (N6), Muswell Hill (N10), and the surrounding areas of North London. If you’re close to these locations, feel free to get in touch — I may still be able to reach you.

Who do you specialise in training?

I specialise in helping busy professionals aged 30+ who want to lose weight, get fitter, build confidence, and feel stronger in their everyday lives.

My programmes are designed to fit seamlessly around demanding jobs, family responsibilities, and limited free time.

Do you bring the equipment?

Yes — I bring all the equipment needed for an effective workout, including kettle bells, boxing pads, resistance bands, and more. If you have your own equipment that you would like me to use, that’s no problem at all and I will incorporate it into our training sessions.

You don’t need any kit at home. I can train you in your living room, garden, local park, or building gym.

Can I train at home, outdoors, or in my building's gym?

Absolutely. Whether you prefer the comfort of your home, a nearby green space, or your building’s gym, I’ll adapt your sessions to your environment.

What is your experience and background?

I have 15 years of coaching experience, and I’m a black belt kickboxing instructor as well as the 2019 ICO British and World Kickboxing Champion.

This background allows me to design sessions that improve fitness quickly, boost confidence, and add a fun, empowering element to training.
